Mr. Personality

My sister was talking with her friend Deb yesterday and as a result of their conversation Deb posted a link on facebook to Keira's wall. I was intrigued when I saw it so I clicked on it it had this test you could take and I was very interested in the outcome... These are my results:

Results

YOUR PERSONALITY

Take a look at how you scored on the Big Five personality dimensions below.
Your scores, compared with the responses of other people, suggest that you may be described as follows:

YOU ARE 50% EXTRAVERTED.

You are moderate in activity and enthusiasm. You enjoy the company of others but you also value your privacy.

YOU ARE 67% AGREEABLE.

You are generally warm, trusting, and agreeable, but you can sometimes be stubborn and competitive.

YOU ARE 33% CONSCIENTIOUS.

You are easygoing, not very well organised, and sometimes careless. You prefer not to make plans.

YOU ARE 50% EMOTIONALLY STABLE.

You are generally calm and able to deal with stress, but you sometimes experience feelings of guilt, anger and sadness.

YOU ARE 67% OPEN TO NEW EXPERIENCES.

You are practical but willing to consider new ways of doing things. You try to seek a balance between the old and the new.

PLEASURE-SEEKING: 85% Your high score on the “pleasure seeking” dimension suggests that you are a hedonistic movie watcher – this means you enjoy films that give you pleasure or make you feel good.
NOSTALGIA: 65% The “nostalgia” dimension refers to the extent to which you watch movies in order to re-experience the past. Your score on this dimension is average or similar to most people.

CATHARSIS: 75% Your high score on the “catharsis” dimension suggests that you watch movies in order to feel miserable and suffer with the characters of the movie – this is actually a psychological strategy that enables you to feel better (purging the soul from negative feelings).

AGGRESSION: 20% Your low score on the “aggressive” dimension suggests that you do not enjoy watching violent movies, such as action or war films. Such movies help some people release aggression and tension, but that does not seem to be your case at all, either because you are not aggressive, or you release your aggression otherwise.

ESCAPISM: 50% The “escapism” dimension refers to the extent to which you watch movies in order to escape or forget about reality. Your score on this dimension is average or similar to most people.

SENSATION-SEEKING: 15% Your low score on the “sensation seeking” dimension suggests that you do not watch movies in order to experience arousing feelings – thus you do not have a tendency to prefer exciting or adrenaline-fuelled movies.

ARTISTIC: 50% The “artistic” dimension refers to the extent to which you are interested in aesthetically driven, conceptual, and highly creative films. Your score on this dimension is average or similar to most people.

INFORMATION-SEEKING: 50% The “information seeking” dimension refers to the extent to which you are a curious and intellectual movie watcher. Your score on this dimension is average or similar to most people.

BOREDOM-AVOIDANCE: 70 %Your high score on the “boredom avoidance” dimension suggests that you watch films primarily as a means of avoiding boredom. Thus you are probably not that interested in what specific movie you choose, so long as it helps you “kill time” and combat boredom.

SOCIALISATION: 90% Your high score on the “socialising” dimension suggests that you are more interested in the company of others than the actual movie; and that you rarely see the point of watching movies alone. Watching movies is a social experience for you.

Life =)

I have been amazingly busy this last few months, so much so that my education kind of disappeared. In November I was busy with our play and the stress of being Elizabeth Bennet the stress didn't fade straight away and for a few days afterwards I found myself speaking with posh accident and quoting lines.
After that I went on a homeschool camp which was nice to an extent there were many things that made the five days a bit troublesome but the details aren't important, it was a good trip and I came home with an awesome tan. Then cam James and Jennifer's engagment it was such a pretty setting and I felt like a gypsy running through the tents they had set up.

After that came a week of catching up with friends and sleep and then my sisters birthday party, the preparations were well worth it and the night was so enjoyable. The tree under which we were sitting in our backyard had been decorated with lanterns and fairy lights and the atmosphere around it was warm. Carols was the next night, it was supposed to be carols on the grass but it started to rain thankfully before we had set up properly and we moved it inside which gave it a different feel. Monday morning I prepared for a sleepover and was soon heading over to North Ryde to hang out with two of the most AMAZING girls in the world! ♥ We were dropped of at Macquarie and organized oursleves to see the social network which was really good... we then walked back to my friends place, picking up I Love You, Too from the video store on our way. we got back to her place and all collapsed on her bed and then spent much too long a time on facebook being silly and chatting with randoms. We watched the movie and then as is usual with sleepovers spent a long time talking bout all that mattered and stuff that didn't...
I got home today and realized how much I had missed my home and being able to relax without having to go somewhere. It gave me a chance to set up the christmas tree and think over things. I have been having weird mood swings and it's been confusing, my weeks only get busier but the new year promises a break, it also promises to be a better start to a year than this one...

Busy...

Just checked mum and dad's emails and have realized almost all my weekends are booked and some even double booked! This year went way too fast. It still feels like January last year! I'm going to be able to get my licence next year which scares me to heck only two years ago I was excited to become a teen and now I wish my life would slow down.
I look back on the last five years and I can see how I have changed and matured. To think I used to be a shy little girl running through the park outside our house unaware of the ways of the world, content in my own world.
If I could return back to that time for just a day...

Holiday Happenings

Blogging is fun
Although I don't know why
Writing down thoughts
That come into my mind

Blogging is cool
Many people think so
I think many blogs up
I don't write them down

Well don't ask me why I wrote a random poem. I just did!
It felt write and i think it sounds terrible! Anyways, I miss my sister. I haven't seen her since at least last week and that was too long ago.
This week has been great! On wednesday I went out with the TEAR peoples and saw Tomorrow When The War Began, then Charlotte slept over and we had such a good time. Thursday we went to Audley with a couple of the homeschoolers and went rowing which was so relaxing and nice. It calmed all my nerves about camping on the weekend. Friday, I awoke with anticipation and excitment, the longing to be setting up a tent and lossing all the stress and worry of home filled me with joy. Mum was busy calling everyone, organizing details. The mood wasn't right and somewhere in our heads the setting told us that this trip was off. I was not too happy to find out i would be trapped in my cage for perhaps the rest of the holidays. I was rescued by my friend Jess, who invited me over for a sleepover. We had a madtime watching Oceans Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen. We ate too much junk food though, the effect of which is now punishing my body.
I still wish I was camping, waking up to the sound of nature and feeling fresh from breathing such clean air. I'm happy though, definately fine with the situation.

.....

The title in my blog is in fact ironic. I thought I would really get into blogging and would in fact spend my time well. Writing down the witty comments that interrupt my daily thoughts. I was wrong! Though occasionally wrtiting a blog or two when I can be bothered, I hardly write witty comments nor things that interrupt my thoughts, since when either of these things are in my head I am too focused on thinking of them that I don't bothered writing them down or keeping them long enough to be used as writing material in this blog of mine. This is the reason that you will find i hardly ever write any blogs at all. The fact of the matter is when neither of the afore said are occupying my simple little head, the things that are would certainly bore you or give you a very confused look into the mind of a teenage girl.
Things I have been thinking on recently:

My Beautiful Sister -

My Amazing Parents -

My Charming Brothers -

The Blessing of Friends -

And How Awesome My Family IS!!! -

My brothers
